Choose from Sizes:
Small - 12 1/4" x (12 1/4" to 13") x 11/16" with or without juice rail
Large - 12 1/4" x (16" to 18 1/2") x 11/16" with or without juice rail
Cutting Boards can be laser engraved (juice rail is not compatable with laser engraving)

Care & Cleaning Instructions:
NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. Clean with mild soap and water. Every three (3) months condition with food grade Butcher Block conditioner. We recommend: Howard Products Butcher Block Conditioner
